What do I have to do to buy?

When you find the item that interests you, press the “Add to cart” button, on the right margin of the product. In the top menu you will have a small icon that informs you of the items you have added to the shopping cart. You can continue shopping and see the volume of your purchase in real time. If you want to finalize the order, you just have to click where it says “Finish order”. You can also click on “See cart” to break down all the added products.

If you decide not to buy at that time, when you re-enter as “customer” you can complete the purchase.

Remember that when you are registered (it is done in the first purchase) you will not need to fill in all your shipping information in subsequent purchases, except if they have changed or if you want to make some modification; You can also see the status of your orders and the history of orders.

When you have filled in the form with the shipping information (you will only have to do it the first time), you can choose a different address for billing and add your NIF or CIF to the invoice that you will receive with your order.

Then you can choose the shipping method, which will depend on the place or country where the order has to be sent. Once you select the chosen shipping method, click on “continue” and the available payment methods for that type of shipping will appear. Before entering the payment information, the shipping costs will appear added.

In the case of payment by card, the system will take you to the bank payment gateway so that you can enter the details of the card that will be managed directly by the bank. On that screen you can also add any comments about your order.

Review your data and check that everything is correct. Remember that until you press the “Finish” button your order will not be effective, so you can always renounce the purchase or modify any data before sending it without any commitment on your part.

Shipping methods and delivery times

The shipment will be by fast courier and the price will depend on the volume and weight. This calculation will be shown in the purchase process.

Considerations on delivery times
If we receive your order before 4:00 p.m., we manage it on the same day (during the month of August it is until 1:00 p.m.) and you will receive it within the period that appears in the shipping conditions. If we receive it later, you must add one day to the aforementioned deadlines.

Delivery times are computed on working days -from Monday to Friday- since we do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays (to national holidays we must add local holidays: May 15, November 9 -variable according to the work calendar -) and of the autonomous community (May 2), as well as December 24 and 31).

Therefore, the order placed on Friday before 4:00 p.m. will be delivered on Monday.

Although we usually have stock of all models and numbers, it may not be available at the time of your order. When processing your order we will inform you of its availability and date of departure from our facilities. If the dates do not convince you, you can cancel the order without any additional cost.

In any case, as long as we know the stock availability of the products advertised on the website, we will inform you of the availability periods, indicating if it is “available” (we confirm it when processing your order), if we will have it “in a minimum period of time”. 7-10 days”, or if we will have it “in a minimum period of 1 month”.

We will try to inform you as accurately as possible of the delivery times of the missing articles, but keep in mind that they will always depend on the time it takes the publisher or distributor to supply us with the article, a factor that is beyond our control.

Returns & Exchanges

If, when you receive your climbing shoes you do not like them, you can request a return. Once received, we will refund your money through the same system that you used in your purchase.

If, when you receive your climbing shoes, they do not fit your number, you can change them. We can coordinate the collection and delivery of the new pair if you use our collection service, you can also send us the pair by the method you prefer. Keep in mind that we work with courier and there will have to be a person at the address that you indicate.

Our policy, in compliance with current regulations, is to grant you the right to return any material within a period of 14 days from the date of receipt, as long as it maintains the original packaging and has not been used.

If the cause of the return was that it is defective or does not correspond to what was requested in the order, Mountain Art S.L. will bear the costs of collection and new shipment. You can also do it in person at our factory (Calle Montes de Toledo 38 – Polígono Ind. San Fernando II – 28830 San Fernando de Henares – Madrid) as long as you present us with the purchase invoice and within the aforementioned terms and conditions. Our factory service hours for returns are from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday.

If what you want is to cancel an order, you can do so as long as we have not proceeded to send it. If it is in transit, you must wait to receive it and return it as long as the aforementioned conditions are met.

In the event that there are errors in the prices due to computer failures, after solving them, we will cancel the order.

Payment systems

Visa or Mastercard
In case of paying by card, the system will take you to the bank payment gateway, so that you can enter the card details that will be managed directly by the bank.
We do not store any data of the used card.

How do I know my order has been received?

Once you have completed the purchase process you will receive a copy of the order to your email confirming its receipt; In this email you will be assigned a reference number, so that if a problem arises we can quickly identify it.

If we don’t have the item you ask for?

If at the time of receiving your order we do not have the item you request, we will contact you. Although the usual thing is that we have stock of all our models, the fact of including a product on our website does not imply its real-time availability in our warehouses.

When we inform you that your order is not available, you can always decide if you want to wait or want to cancel your order. If you want to cancel your order, we will immediately refund your money by the same means of payment that you used.
